About me

I have been an ICF PCC-certified coach for over 10 years and have logged over 4000 coaching hours.

I focus on supporting business leaders by working with clients to define and set goals, recognize their challenges, leverage their strengths, become aware of blind spots, and consider alternative perspectives.

I coach for the University of North Carolina's Kenan Flagler Executive Education Programs, Duke University's Leadership Program, Betterup, Spiro Leadership, and private clients.

I received an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have continued my professional coaching studies via Coaches Rising, the University of Toronto, and Cultivating Leadership.

"From the start, Denise was easy to trust. She asked the kinds of questions that helped me clarify my needs and vision for my life and career. She listened with laser focus and surprised me sometimes with the depth of her insights. Her advice was equal parts firm and friendly—just what I needed. And her coaching taught me to reframe my thinking, challenge my assumptions, celebrate my strengths, and value my contributions. I'm enjoying higher confidence, a greater sense of connection to colleagues, and a wider view of what my future might hold. I'm so glad I took the chance and called Denise. Her support has made all the difference!"
