juice your creativity by asking the next level of questions. The questions you asked when mired in daily tasks often have short horizons and are rarely beyond how to execute the tasks. Try to add one or two more layers of questions.
try out the role of a strategic thinker when interacting whether in person or by email. State your opinion, add context and recognize complexity when sharing your thoughts.
there is no one right way to a good strategic solution. So you need to learn to debate your point of view with a professional demeanor and genuine curiosity in others’ points of view to grab as much insight as possible.
