How to create your "second" career
I work with a number of clients in the midst of defining and creating a new second half career. My clients have a high level of expertise, have seen professional success, and have mastered a number of skills. Yet, the thrill of their current work is waning. The tasks have become a bit mundane and spending the next 10 or 15 years on rinse and repeat is not exciting.
